Very cute and simple. The coloration and shading look really nice, as well as your smooth lineart. It's overall a really great piece!
The soft shading makes the whole drawing easy on the eye. It also really defines a lot of her features, like her cheekbones and ears. The way you colored the hair is also very nice. It really gives it that really cute "floofy" and soft feel.
The eyes are also really well done. They're not overly shaded or shiny, but a nice mix of the two. The only suggestion I would make concerning the eyes is to make the eyelashes somewhat thinner, or less choppy. The eyes otherwise look good!
Finally, your lineart skills are awesome! Your lines are neat, and very smooth. Another plus is that they're colored, another great touch!
